LeapFrog Leapster® and L-Max™ Recharging System

This docking station makes sure that the Leapster L-Max portable learning game system is charged and ready when kids want to use it. The kid-friendly charging dock requires two fast and simple steps that even kindergarten-age children can perform. Kids simply insert the rechargeable battery pack (included) into the back of their Leapster L-Max and then pop the game system into the dock. The L-Max fully recharges in about 4 hours but can be removed from the recharging system at any point to operate the gaming device on a partial charge. The Leapster L-Max removes from the dock just as easily as it goes in and holds its charge for anywhere between 6 and 11 hours (depending on how long it is used in one stretch) before starting to fade. The battery pack should last for about 300 charges before requiring a replacement, which must be purchased directly from LeapFrog. The entire kit comes with a recharging dock, rechargeable battery pack, and AC adapter and is covered by LeapFrog under a 3-month warranty
